We believe transparency is the best way to begin. The questions we ask help us determine whether we will be a good fit for one another. They also help ensure that our policies, expectations, and processes are clearly understood so there are no surprises along the way. Our goal is not simply to sell puppies, but to build lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, transparency, and open communication.

For the health and safety of our puppies, we do not allow visitors before puppies are 8 weeks old and have completed their veterinary examination. We provide regular photos, videos, and updates so families can follow along as their puppy grows and develops.Families with paid deposits are welcome to schedule a meet-and-greet after the puppies turn 8 weeks old if they are still deciding which puppy is the best fit. However, because many puppies are reserved before their go-home date, we cannot guarantee availability after 8 weeks of age.

We typically provide photo updates every 10–14 days. While puppy photoshoots are adorable, they can be incredibly stressful for both puppies and their mothers. We do not provide daily photos or videos. If frequent or daily updates are an expectation, we may not be the best fit for one another. We appreciate families who understand that our puppies’ health, comfort, and well-being will always come first. We reserve the right to refund a deposit in full and cancel a sale at any time prior to the puppy going home if we feel we are unable to meet a buyer’s expectations or that the relationship is not a good fit. Our goal is to ensure a positive, respectful experience for everyone involved.

Puppies typically go home at 8 weeks of age after completing their veterinary examination, receiving age-appropriate vaccinations, being microchipped, and obtaining a Florida Health Certificate. Occasionally, go-home dates may vary slightly based on our veterinarian's schedule.
